From time to time, mishaps happen! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged or not quite right, please contact us immediately.
In the rare event that the fidget mat you receive is damaged in shipping, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your fidget mat arrives damaged, to expedite your claim, please email us a photo of it, as well as a photo of the packaging it came in, and we will do our very best to make it right!
Returning your product:
If you receive your order and decide you do not want to keep your fidget mat, prior to it being used, we will certainly take it back, but we cannot cover the return shipping cost or refund the original shipping cost.
